First, select an item that is eligible for subscription. Next, select how often you would like to have it delivered. Once you confirm your subscription, you can easily skip, pause, change the delivery frequency or cancel the order up to 5 business days before it’s scheduled to ship.

By selecting Place My Order, you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged according to the price listed on the order summary until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees, until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Subscriptions page in your account and select Cancel next to the item.

Go to the Manage Subscriptions page in your account, select Payment Methods then select edit edit the payment method.

You may use a credit card, Shop Pay or any of our other accepted payments methods. One-time use of gift cards and store credit are accepted, however, they cannot be added as an auto-renew payment method.

You may change the next delivery date for your subscription up to 5 business days before the order is sent to fulfillment (typically 2-3 days prior to shipping). Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Upcoming Orders. Click edit to select a new delivery date. Please note: changes made to delivery dates are applied to all scheduled orders

You may skip upcoming subscriptions up to 5 business days before it’s scheduled to ship in your account. Simply go to the Manage Subscription and select Upcoming Orders. Find the subscription order and select Skip This Order.

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time under Manage Subscriptions and selecting Upcoming Orders in your account, or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next order is scheduled to ship.

Cancellations made within 5 business days of your next shipment date will go into effect on the following order and all subsequent scheduled deliveries. Please note that any items scheduled for delivery before the cancellation takes effect will be shipped.

Refunds for fees paid prior to the subscription cancellation date cannot be made. Returns for items purchased through the Subscribe & Save service are subject to our Return Policy.
