"At first I loved the brush but after awhile the fibers of the brush started to fall out. Now when I try and use it I get the little hairs all over my face. This is discouraging since the brush isn’t cheap."

"So I LOVED this brush, I’ve bought two. Ben’s using them for quite some time and they’ve been great until they weren’t. It’s just like one day they start shedding, like not just shedding here and there, like SO MUCH shedding that I’d just have so many bristles all over my face I had to throw them both away. Super bummed because I did love them before this all of a sudden started happening."
