I love the products, but ordering directly was frustrating
"I love the products, but ordering directly was frustrating I’ve been a DIBS Beauty customer since the company started, and I still love the products. Unfortunately, my experience with this order means I won’t order directly from DIBS again. I ordered on September 3 and received a processing notice that day. On September 4, I was told a shipping notification could take up to 24 hours. I received a tracking number on September 6, but there was no movement. When I contacted customer service on September 9, they responded promptly, concluded the order was lost, and issued a replacement. The original shipment finally moved on September 10. I immediately let customer service know, but it was too late to stop the replacement. My original order arrived September 16, barely within the delivery window I had factored into my plans because I travel between two residences. The products were poorly packed, and here in Florida, the Edit Stick had softened enough that I had to put it in the refrigerator. Tracking for the replacement never updated at all. It was eventually stuffed into my mailbox, and I have no idea how many days it sat there. I then spent my own time and gas money going to FedEx to return a package DIBS could not reliably track through its shipping carrier. The customer service representatives were consistently kind and helpful, and I appreciate their responses. But the shipping, tracking, packaging, and return experience was far too much work for a customer. A 15% discount on a future order did not meaningfully address the time and expense this caused. I’ll continue to use DIBS products, but I’ll buy them elsewhere."
Love this powder
"I just bought this powder for the first time with the double sided concealer. I love using the flat side of the concealer brush to pat in the brightening powder into my undereye and my t zone and then I'll swirl my fluffy brush in the whole pack for the rest of my face. It gives a really nice finish! I use it mostly to set my tinted sunscreen and concealer. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future!"
