"want to preface this review with i really love most of the Dibs products. i purchased this eye shadow palette and was so obsessed with the peach color way, especially the glimmer in the light blue shade. unfortunately i went to open the palette not having dropped it or had any reason for the damage but the blue shade crumpled out onto the floor and couldn’t be salvaged sadly. then a day later the same occurred with the neutral brown shade. i reached out to the Dibs customer service team and explained what had happened and asked if any other customers had the same issue. i mentioned that i really loved the products and had hoped to use the palette for my step dad’s funeral and sisters bridal shower but because it was out of the return window they couldn’t do anything about it. i would like to repurchase but being on a fixed income i worry that the same would happen again and wasting money isn’t really an option for me. i mean no disrespect but had hoped for a resolution."
