This is the same first-of-its-kind, two-in-one mascara as our full-size Double Standard Primer & Mascara Duo™, just sized down to 4.5 mL so it fits in a clutch, gym bag, or carry-on without a second thought.

One end is a lengthening brown tubing primer that separates and defines lashes with a precise elastomer-bristle brush. The other is a volumizing black mascara with a wavy, 290-fiber wand that adds lift and buildable thickness. Both formulas are infused with Shea Butter to nourish lashes. Because they're tubing formulas, they stay flake-free and smudge-proof until you rinse them off with warm water.

PRIME

Twist open the end closest to the "D" in DIBS. Sweep the brown tubing primer through lashes with the elastomer-bristle brush for clean, separated length.

DEFINE

While the primer's still tacky, add the black volumizing mascara. Its wavy, 290-fiber wand coats every lash for buildable volume.

LAYER

Build up as many coats of the black mascara as you like. It won't clump, so you're in control of how natural or dramatic the finish looks.

"This goes on so nice. My lashes are so straight and short from lash extensions that most mascaras don’t cut it. I gave this a try and was pleasantly surprised. The primer is amazing. Really grips the lashes and makes them stand out. The mascara is nice too. It’s easy to take off as well. Doesn’t smear or smudge and honestly can be wiped off with your finger. If you’re looking for something different this is it. If you’re looking for waterproof look elsewhere."

It's a no for me :(

"I had high expectations for this mascara since I love all my other Dibs products, but it just missed the mark. It flakes off within seconds of application, and I have raccoon eyes within the hour. I was really surprised how bad it was since there was so much hype around it. I will say it make my lashes look long and defined but I cannot handle the flaking and smudging. I hate this for Dibs, I wanted to sing the mascara's praises like all the other products, but it was unfortunately a failure for me."
