Like all things DIBS - you can blend the rules on this one. There’s really no right or wrong way to use this do-it-all mist. We suggest using prior to makeup application to calm the skin. We also love to use it during application - we even apply it to our brushes or blenders to perfect the blend. To lock it all in, we always close out with a mist once makeup is complete.
